Changing your payment method
Head to Manage Plan, from here you'll be able to 'Add payment method'.
From here you'll be able to set up a Direct Debit or switch to payment by bank card, and remember to set it as the default method! Please note that Juno is likely to pass on fees incurred for payment by debit or credit card.
If you'd prefer to pay invoices by bank transfer, please reach out to support or your Account Manager and they will set this up for you.
For payments by bank transfer or Direct Debit, the team will still receive their Juno Points on the elected Juno Day while we await payment. For payment by card, a failed payment attempt would prevent Juno Points from being released to the team.
