Changing your payment method
Head to Manage Plan, from here you'll be able to 'add payment method' (see below). From here you'll be able to add an alternative payment card or set up a direct debit mandate. If you'd like this payment method to be used for your monthly payments, make sure to set it as your default payment method.
Setting Up Direct Debit Payments
If you choose to set up a direct debit hit 'add payment method' and choose BACS Debit, make this your default payment and click add. You'll then be taken to a different page to add your details and the direct debit process will be started.
Please note, when switching to direct debit your first transaction can take up to 14 days to process. In the following months payments take 3-5 days to complete, points will then be allocated once the payment has been received.
