Placing your order
When you first place an order on our website, you'll receive an automatic order confirmation via email. It'll look something like this:
Sometimes, we may contact you again if we need more information from you – for example, if a delivery date you selected is no longer available. But usually, we will be able to process it without any more input from you.
Once we have confirmed all of your details, you'll receive a second confirmation email indicating that your order has been booked. It'll look something like this:
What's next?
Once your order has been booked, you should quickly receive the service you have requested. If you have booked something online (such as a gift voucher, online class, etc.) you should receive it within the next few minutes. If you have ordered a physical item, you can usually find information about the expected shipping time under the item details on our platform. We also try to email you with delivery dates whenever possible, but if you have any questions about when to expect your item, just contact us!
Do I get detailed tracking information?
We unfortunately cannot provide detailed tracking information to our customers, since it's hard to share without creating privacy risks.
