It is our priority that everyone is active in their team, collecting their Juno points and benefiting from the presence of Juno in their lives. As of the 6th of September, 2021, we no longer backdate points for unaccepted invites. Going forward, members will need to accept their invites within one calendar month to activate points.

To resend invites to the members of your team who have not yet accepted them, please go to ‘manage team’, ‘pending invites’ and select ‘send reminder’.
