As of April 1st 2022, we have implemented a 3% surcharge to Juno card transactions, rounded up to the nearest Juno point.
How is this calculated?
Given that 1 GBP amounts to 2 Juno points, the 3% fee is rounded up to the nearest 50p.
For example, a £10 purchase will include £0.30 in added fees, which equals 20.6 Juno Points. This would be rounded up to 21 Juno Points.
Has this already been taken into account when I look at my card balance?
Yes, your card balance, which you can see by clicking "Services" -> "Juno Virtual Card," has already taken the card surcharges into account. If you have 200 Juno Points for example, the available balance on the card will appear as £97.
These points will not be deducted from your points balance until after a card transaction has taken place.
If I receive a refund from the merchant who's product I purchased, will the cost of my card fee also be refunded?
Not to worry- any refunded or cancelled transaction will also include the cost of your fee.
