Head to 'Manage Plan' to see an overview of your Juno subscription. You can find this by heading to your team name and selecting 'Manage Plan'.
Changing Your Plan
You may wish to adjust your monthly budget for your team, this can be sorted out by your account manager. If you're unsure who this is, simply email email@example.com and one of the team will be in touch to get it sorted. Juno now has completely flexible budgets so you can choose something to suit your budget and your team.
Finding Your Invoices
You can find and download your invoices in the 'Manage Plan' area. These invoices are for your subscriptions, your receipts for individual top-ups will be sent directly to your billing email.
Cancelling Your Plan
We'd be very sad to see you go, we'd love to understand your feedback before you leave. If you'd still like to cancel your subscription, you can do so via 'Manage Plan'. One of the accounts team will be in touch to catch-up and let you know the next steps.
