Changing Your Plan
You may wish to adjust your monthly budget for your team, this can be sorted out by clicking 'Edit' under Monthly Budget. To bring the budget down below 60 points per month, just double click the number and type it in!
Finding Your Invoices
You can also find and download your invoices in the 'Manage Plan' area. These invoices are for your subscription and monthly points budget, while receipts for individual top-ups will be sent directly to your billing email.
Cancelling Your Plan
We'd be very sad to see you go, we'd love to understand your feedback before you leave. If you'd still like to cancel your subscription, you can book an offboarding call with our Account Management team who will be able to advise on next steps.
